What each badge means

Every monitored website receives a Funka Accessibility Score from 0 to 100 and is re-scanned every month.

Free customers can display their live Accessibility Score. Premium customers receive a Bronze, Silver or Gold badge based on their current score.

Every badge is kept up to date through monthly monitoring and links to a public report including a snapshot of their performance, so anyone can see the latest result.

How the badges work

  • Your badge stays current

Your website is re-scanned every month, so your badge always reflects your latest Accessibility Score. Premium badges automatically change tier when the score moves into a different band.

  • Every badge links to your score & report

Clicking the badge opens your public report page, where visitors can see your latest Accessibility Score, score history and accessibility information.

  • Your score is transparent

The badge always shows the current result. It isn't a one-off award or a self-declared trust mark, it stays connected to your latest monthly scan.

  • The score has limits

Automated testing cannot identify every accessibility barrier. The Funka Accessibility Score and badge do not replace a full manual accessibility audit.
